Visited wine and food show Niagara Falls Convention Centre today … and found a new tasty wine …

Sue and I attended the last day of the Niagara Wine and Food Show in Niagara Falls today (May 29).

My view?

Wineries represented were very good, a few from Lincoln, many from NOTL — particularly enjoyed tasting Southbrook’s 2007 Cabernet Merlot Shiraz, which is available through the LCBO and at $14.95, a pretty good value, in my opinion.

A number of very good restaurants were at the show — all of them were great, but it was disappointing that so many at the show were from Toronto. However, nevertheless, very tasty đŸ™‚

Last point — first time we have visited the new convention centre in Niagara Falls — pretty impressive.
